The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Main Market Square. the room was generous-sized and compact, with tea provided. - Everything was really good.

Gorgeous, clean place with helpful staff with the receptionist and duty manager. Good sized room plus central heating, coffee/tea making machines and a work desk. Magnificent location, a 4-6 minute walking distance from The Cloth Hall.

The view was great, the service was exceptional.

Our breakfast was above average and great, with a variety of options including smoked sausage and cooked meats with cheese. the hotel's central location made it convenient to use the trams. - We enjoyed stopping by Karmello Chocolatier, located right next door to the venue, for coffee and treats. Highly recommend.

The spotless units with TV, comfortable beds, and excellent bathroom make for a great stay. the staff were friendly and welcoming. - Located at a medium distance from Main Square, the hotel is conveniently situated next to a main market and a market.

Central location

The renovations have made the rooms much smaller and the hotel has lost its original charm.It is now just a standard hotel.

The location for the main market square was ideal. The staff were absolutely fabulous. The rooms were everything you could need, everything you needed and/or wanted to see or do was at your fingertips. Would highly recommend the hotel and Krakow.

The location here is top-notch! You've got a cozy café/restaurant just a short stroll away, along with bustling markets and beautiful architecture close by 🏙️.

The breakfast had lots of above-average and good items to choose from. the location is incredible and wonderful, adjacent to the center of old town Krakow, the Castle, main sites, and the airport. - the service was excellent. - Easy access to Saint Barbara's Church adds to the convenience.
