Awesome location and comfy stay
The spacious room was cozy, and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast next door was decent enough, with fresh fruit and pastries. The only thing was the safe being super low in the wardrobe-made it a bit tricky to access. A lovely spot for exploring!

Gorgeous, clean place with helpful staff with the receptionist and duty manager. Good sized room plus central heating, coffee/tea making machines and a work desk. Magnificent location, a 4-6 minute walking distance from The Cloth Hall.

Would have been a lovely stay, but I was appalled by the lack of air conditioning-the heat was unbearable! How can a hotel in such a prime location not have this basic necessity? I expected a tray for breakfast delivery every day, but it mysteriously vanished after the first morning. Absolutely unacceptable, I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

The location is great for the main square, rooms very nice but need to think about air conditioning, a fan was not enough,!! other than that hotel was great, clean and friendly.

Consider requesting a room facing the garden for a quieter experience, especially if you're sensitive to street noise.

Central location
The renovations have made the rooms much smaller and the hotel has lost its original charm. It is now just a standard hotel.

My journey from doubt to delight
The staff were helpful! The breakfast was scrumptious, setting a good tone for each day.
Noise from the street was a persistent annoyance, especially during weekends when revelers made sleep a challenge. The absence of air conditioning added to discomfort, particularly on warm nights.

It was very clean, well designed, and comfortable. The price and location were excellent. The staff were helpful and polite. I would definitely stay there again.
Some of the staff were more polite and helpful than others. But no one was horrible. The cleaning staff were very polite.

The location for the main market square was ideal. The staff were absolutely fabulous. The rooms were everything you could need, everything you needed and/or wanted to see or do was at your fingertips. Would highly recommend the hotel and Krakow.

Excellent location to visit all regions of the city. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. Good clean towels. The shower was easy to work; which is important to me. The bed itself was comfortable. I had breakfast on two mornings and found it adequate. Once again there was a good standard of cleanliness. The staff were pleasant. I requested a fan and this was attended to immediately. This hotel was chosen by my friends and on the whole I was pleased with my stay. The items I have mentioned in the section on dislikes are all what I consider necessities for my comfort and so had I been booking this hotel on my own I would not have considered staying here in the first place. So if those dislikes listed below are not of any great importance to you and you want a clean, centrally located hotel; then this is a good place to stay.
1. Lack of safety deposit box/safe in room. 2. Air conditioning would greatly improve the discomfort of a hot room in the summer months. 3. No fridge.
